    Day Conference Packages (DCPs) with a Difference is an extension of the DCPs for Meeting Rooms, Function Halls and Auditoria (Plenary Hall).

    The in house IT and Audio Visual team is available to quote for lighting, special packages and other requests. There is access in each hall to rigging and under-floor services including Category 6 communications cabling – charges will apply for installation and usage.

    • 1 Plasma screen – 42” (inclusive of stage preview, depending on room size)
    • 2 monitor speakers (inclusive of stage preview, depending on room size)
    • 1 DVD player
    • 2 laptop interfaces
    • 1 seamless switcher
    • Basic stage wash (depending on room size)
    • Services of a dedicated sound and video technician
    • Use of built-in LCD projector and built-in screen appropriate to the room size
    • Built-in PA system with two wired microphones and a speaker lectern
    • Electronic backdrop on main screen projected from main projector
    • Free WiFi (best effort basis)
    • 1 clicker/pointer
    • 1 notebook (subject to availability)
    • 10 switch socket outputs (depending on room size)
    • Use of one main meeting room with one standard set up per room per event
    • Head-table set up, mints, writing pads and pencils
    • Furniture for required room set up with water-service
    • Built-in whiteboard with one flipchart and assorted markers
    • Built-in LCD (text) signage for each room at the entry foyer
    • Registration table with a floral display outside the meeting room
