This passion has culminated in a culinary team with refined palates, a passion for innovation and a philosophy towards food preparation and presentation that is constantly evolving.

The Centre’s award-winning 50-strong culinary team, helmed by Executive Chef Hisham Bin Jaafar, continually explore local produce, euro and asian cooking traditions as well as ingredients that can be tastefully combined into tailor-made menus that cater to the needs and dietary requirements of multicultural and multi-ethnic delegates and visitors.

Always looking to ‘think outside the box’ to enhance the dining experience, the Centre’s in-house chefs are ready to oblige to any culinary request; from extravagant 12-course banquets with freshly flown-in Maine lobster and Beluga caviar, to tasteful coffee breaks with local favorites and gourmet coffee or healthy choice options.

The Centre also maintains the highest standards in execution of food preparation and delivery, and is Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certified and Halal Certified by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).
