    All PlenaryHallOnCall solutions include:

    • Dressing rooms, organiser’s office and VIP lounge*
    • Head-table or sofa set-up on stage
    • Fixed stage and screen
    • Built-in projector for front projection
    • Two 42” plasma screen in front of speaker lectern
    • Built-in LCD signage (text) at the entrance foyer
    • In-house public address system with a maximum of three wired microphones inclusive of a speaker lectern
    • Five wired microphones for head-table
    • Six wireless microphones on stand for question and answer session
    • Two lapel microphones for presenters
    • One seamless switcher

    Terms and conditions:

    • Minimum 750 persons per Solution reservation
    • All Solutions are not applicable for any discount or promotion
    • Not applicable during special promotions or offers
    • Not applicable for combination with other packages or special offers/promotions
    • Not applicable for venue hire only events, Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM)
    • Menu is based on Chef’s choice
    • Offerings for Solutions are subject to change without prior notice and at management’s discretion
