The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has exclusive rights catering rights for the venue. We kindly ask that no outside food and beverage is brought into the venue unless directly related to your business i.e. imported or manufactured by your company and that these items are restricted to sampling sizes. Yes, you will need to provide rendering of the customised booth design highlighting dimensions and structural elements. It must be submitted to the official contractor appointed by the Event Organiser for further action. Please refer to your Event Organiser for the contact details of the appointed official contractor.
You have to complete the Food and Beverage Sampling permit and submit it to exhservices@klccconventioncentre.com for further review, ideally fourteen (14) days prior to event date. This only applies to exhibitors who are not involved in the F&B industry.
All exhibitor orders must be fully paid before show day. The incentive rate is only applicable if both the orders and full payment are received at least seven (7) days prior to the event. If the order and payment are made after the seven-day cutoff, a late order fee of 30% will be incurred.

Exhibitors may utilise the loading dock for a maximum of 15 minutes to unload their goods, but the driver must stay with the vehicle. Once the deliveries are made, the vehicle must vacate the loading dock.
Yes, small items can be hand-carried to your stand. You may park at the Concourse or P1 and proceed to the event space.
NOTE: Large trolleys and freight are not permitted in guest lifts; for delivery of large or bulky freight, please liaise with your Event Organiser to obtain specific pass and proceed to the loading dock connected to your event space.
